A little bit about me...

I have always enjoyed reading and had a secret love of writing which I kept to myself. Thinking it was merely a 'pipe dream' I chose to not pursue what brought me such happiness.

In the Fall of 2008 a story kept popping up into my mind. I wanted to sit down and put it all on paper but felt that it was futile. How many authors were out there pouring out their hearts in the written word only to be rejected time and again, I asked myself?

The recurring plot kept playing itself out in my mind. Finally I gave in. One day I sat at my computer and began writing what is now known as SWEET REDEMPTION. When I finally finished my novel I edited it within an inch of it's life and submitted it to a handful of publishers.

In February of 2009 I was contacted by Hearts on Fire Books with an offer to publish my baby, SWEET REDEMPTION. The word hapiness could not properly convey the emotions that swept over me when I found that someone thought my work was not only good, but worth publishing.

Finding that I not only loved writing more than I had originally thought, but that I also fell in love with having my work published I was hard at work on my second novel.

My first novel SWEET REDEMPTION has earned glowing customer reviews on various websites. The sequel, SWEET SALVATION was released in June and is also receiving wonderful reviews as Book 2 in what is now being labeled The Sweet Series.

I have been fortunate to find two publishers who are wonderful to work with in my writing endeavors. I currently have two books scheduled for release in 2009. SWEET SALVATION, Book 3 In the Sweet Series is scheduled for release on September 29, 2009 through Hearts on Fire Books. INTIMATE PERSUASIONS is due out this November through Siren Bookstrand, and SUDDEN DEVOTION is tentative set for release through Siren in January of 2010.
