First let me say that I think it is important that a reviewer focus on the fiction work itself and not their opinion. When I review books that is what I promise I will do. Every book I read is judged on it's quality of work, regardless of the genre or my personal opinion of the subject matter. All that matters is the work itself. Nothing more. So, with that being said here is my rating scale:
5 Stars ~ An Extremely well written story. Giving to the depths of both the characters and the story itself. Leaving you sad when it is over, because you could keep reading on.
4 Stars ~ A Well written story. This book kept me interested throughout and never made me want to skim through, much less put it down.
3 Stars ~ A Good story. While this was a good story, it did not keep me interested the whole time. There were parts that drug on and left me bored with where the story was going.
2 Stars ~ An Okay story. While this story had a decent plot it was poorly executed thus making it hard to read.
1 Star ~ A story. This story was written and published but it did not please the reviewer at all. It was poorly written and was very hard to finish.

Haunted Destiny is a young adult paranormal romance written by Kelly Abell. While I have never read Kelly’s work previously I was familiar with her name in regards to her suspense, Sealed In Lies. After reading Haunted Destiny I was quite surprised to find that she had never written in this genre before.
After losing her parents to a car accident, Destiny goes to live with her Grandmother. She runs into many of the obstacles that teenagers would today, but Destiny has more to contend with that just that. She has special gifts that her Gram offers to help her better understand. As the book progresses more people are affected by evil and it is up to Destiny to save them from the forces that have taken over.
Haunted Destiny was an extremely well written book. From the beginning of this book there was constantly something intriguing me and forcing me to continue turning the pages. This is a book I not only would recommend to anyone who loves a great story, but I hope this isn’t the last paranormal we see from Kelly Abell. It was a treat to read.

The Eternal Kiss is a paranormal romance which tells the story of Alana, a girl who suffers in an unhappy existence only to be rescued by a handsome vampire. Yes that’s right, a vampire! And what could be better than being loved and nurtured by a gorgeous vampire? Why two of course. Allurius and Dresden both love Alana in their own way. With a history filled with their own heartache and pain they must find a way to overcome obstacles of the past, present and future. Will they be able to do it? Is it possible for one woman to love and be loved so completely by two men that are as different as they are alike? This story immediately pulls you in from the very first pages. Written by first time author, Christina Rose I found this book to be well written and a delight to read. If you like romance and you love your vampire stories then this is a definite must read!

Scent Of A Vampire is an steamy paranormal romance that I couldn’t put down. While I have never taken to the paranormal genre I found myself entranced by the depth of the characters. Jude Stephens was able to make me feel the emotions that were playing out with every page that I turned. Had I not read Jude’s story I may never had found a new genre which I enjoy. It is a truly outstanding book which I would read again. However, I must warn you that if you read this book the author leaves you wanting more. I only hope there is a sequel in the works!

Baby And All By Paige Warren

Page Warren delivers a sweet romance with all of the happily ever afters that you would look for in a good romance. While there is some underlying turmoil surrounding the heroine's life it does not take away from the romantic tension which increases between herself and the hero. The story leaves you feeling satisfied that even in the most horrible of situations, perhaps there is hope for hapiness.
